Who am I even?

I am a washed up 30 something millenial girl who not only grew up singing Slave 4 U into my hairbrush but I also grew up when the internet looked more colorful, fun, and engaging. When I discovered the Indienet, I felt so much nostalgia and yearning for a more simple time! I have 2 special needs cats who are my whole world. My day job isnt interesting as its some finance gig... Music wise I obviously love pop music but I also really like anything electronic, dark wave, post punk, and some country if I am feeling a lil yehawww! The best country I have ever visited is Hungary, but Romania is a close 2nd. I maintain fully bubblegum pink hair. Its a lifestyle

Why did I create this site?

I became inspired after learning about the indienet. Everyones sites on neocities and in the other webrings are so cool and creative! I like many here have fallen so out of love with social media and its craptastic algorithms. I used to be a very creative person, but I lost a lot of that in my 20s which were very difficult for me. Starting a site here is hopefully going to help me not only brush up on some lost skills from the myspace and neopets days, but also be a fun, creative outlet for me to express myself.

Favorite Britney Album?

Blackout for sure. This album so far this year has got me through a really painful friend breakup, bringing me so much joy! However I have a HUGE soft spot for Baby One More Time as well. Not only was it the first CD I ever bought but it was the first item I ever bought with my own money as well. So it holds a special place in my heart. All of Britney's albums are good imo, they all offer different aspects of her artistry. However since because she had so much creative freedom in Blackout and it being so ahead of its time, I think its just the best one! But thats just my opinion!

What are my other hobbies?

I have been a big anime watcher since the early 2000s, I also enjoy videogames. Roguelikes are my addiction and I am a big balatro girly! I like baking sweet treats (not cooking tho), Hiking when its nice out, and causing chaos at the thrift store. I have a large collection of vintage plushies and I like restoring them when they need help!
